Now that I got that Europe song in your head, which by the way is great to play during your last few minutes of cardio in the gym, let me explain my countdown. Yup… you guessed it… it’s the countdown to when my baby boy will arrive.

This is where you say, “Ugggh… not again! She talks about her pregnancy all the time!” To which I respond, “Meh.. maybe I do, but give me two more weeks and you won’t have to hear about it anymore.” 🙂

First off, let me tell you my little man’s name. It’s Jayden. I liked that name since I was in high school, so even though that name started to become trendy as of late, I’m sticking to it. ::shrug::

Anywho, I won’t bore you with the details, but here’s an update from what happened at my 37-week sonogram appointment:

It’s just baby fat, boo…

• I found out Jayden is a little on the big side. He’s 7.5 pounds right now, so he may be 8.5+ pounds at birth 😯
• Jayden is apparently very hairy… lol. The technician said she hasn’t seen a baby with that much hair in a long time. So I guess I’ll stock up on my Sta-Sof-Fro spray.
• This little boy moves way too much.
• If Jayden doesn’t come by December 6, I won’t have to wait too long afterwards because my doctor doesn’t want the baby to get too big.
• I guess my “nesting” phase hasn’t kicked in because my hospital bag is still not packed and I still need to tidy up around the house.

Two more weeks to go; but since the baby is already full term, he really could come at any time. I’m not scared of you, labor. BRING IT!!! Haha!
