Right now, I’m eight months pregnant. The baby is measuring about two weeks ahead, so the doctor told me that I could be expecting a Thanksgiving Day baby. (Well, that mixed with the fact that this baby is doing dance moves and Pilates in my stomach around the clock now.)
So my mind is basically set on little man coming a tad early. But then I got to thinking, “My husband’s birthday is at the end of November, too. What if they just shared a birthday together?” The ultimate two-fer!
Then I could just buy a generic “group” gift and give it to them—tickets to a game, a gift card for some restaurant—you know, anything that’s buy one, get one free. 🙂
Saving money and having family time… sweet! It’s kind of like the unfortunate kids who have their birthdays a few days away from Christmas. No, you’re not getting double the presents; Santa’s consolidating your gifts, hun.
Anywho, I just thought I’d share that little thought process of mine with you guys.

On another note, my sister, husband, and I are starting a Bible study on “Finding Your Destiny” today. It couldn’t have come at a better time. All three of us are kind of in limbo with what to ultimately do with our lives (lol), so Lord please speak to us! I’ll keep you guys updated, of course. 😉
